OREA has a mission: To represent its members and to provide a professional environment for members to maximize business opportunities. With 45,000 members, and a broad mandate that includes the provision of all real estate licensing courses in Ontario as well as a variety of educational programs and special services, the Association is committed to delivering its services in the most professional way possible.

To ensure its ability to advance the overall professionalism of its members, OREA asked Riverhorse to develop an employee training program. Consisting of a series of highly interactive workshops, the overall goal of this program was to drive desired brand behaviours deep into the organization's culture.

According to Sandi Clark, Assistant Director Communication, the program was extremely successful. "Our objective of ensuring that each employee 'gets' the important role that he or she can play in building the brand was fully achieved. Many employes have commented on how comfortable they were during the workshops and how they couldn't believe that learning could be so fun! The way you connected with our staff both before and during the workshops put everyone at ease and ensured immediate success. We look forward to working with you again"
